On location for Aviation Weather at the Reading Air Show, PA. Top photo moving equipment as the remote truck drives along with us. Me on a crane to shoot the Goodyear Blimp. Not sure who took the photos, but will credit if I find out.

One of the first hand held cameras. That sucker was heavy. I got to shoot inside the blimp carriage with it. (photo courtesy MPT)

Running camera with host Bob Callahan on the set of Maryland Weekend. Notice the small tv on top of the lens. That was our teleprompter then. (photo courtesy MPT)

Wall $treet Week panelists (Louis Rukeyser front and center), production and crew members. Not sure how I got in this one since I was a fill in as a camera operator. This is from the end of the first season.(photo courtesy MPT)

Stage manager Tracy and I with the sign outside of Carnegie Hall.

In 2000 W$W had their 30th year anniversary show live from Carnegie Hall. A couple of freelancers joined their crew. What an incredible couple days.

Our great announcer Alec Webb. I worked with Alec a lot when I was a master control director.

Tracy and camera woman Marlene Rodman

We dressed up for the show still in show black. L-R: Claudia Burn, Marlene, me, Dennis Flowers

Most of the crew with Louis. L-R:Terry Williams, Marlene, George Beneman, Tracy, Louis, Jimm Revelle, Elizabeth Branch, Michael Goldsmith, me, Kim Moir, George Friedel, Claudia

Our after party was at the apt of one of the panelists. He had on display jackets the Beatles wore on their first visit to the USA. As close as I ever got to the Beatles.

Actors as Marilyn Monroe and Bill Clinton standing in front of the dress Marilyn wore when she sang happy birthday to President Kennedy.

Marilyn on Lou’s lap. Many of us had photos taken with either Marilyn or Bill.

For a time, George Beneman got us outside work from MPT. This is from Seabrook Island, SC where we shot a Master’s Tennis Tournament. I believe this was set up day when we finished early and could go to the beach. Some of the crew went sailing.

Iris and I at the beach.

Some of the crew: L-R: George Beneman, Bob Dean, Jerry Travers (kneeling), Tom Barnett, Iris Rosenthal, and 3 guys who I believe were with the remote truck.

Our next Master’s Tennis tournament at Greenbriar Country Club in West Virginia. Some of our crew In front of our rooms which were converted from slaves quarters. They were quite comfortable rooms now. L-R: Roger Hicks, Tom Barnett, Bob Dean, Jerry Travers, George Beneman, Paul Wilkinson.

Al Potter from WGBH catching a nap. We had long days.

Iris with announcer Bud Collins.

More crew: David Fant, Paul, Iris, Jerry, Bob

I had a huge crush on Whitney Reed, one of the tennis pros.

The Greenbriar is very pretty and very expensive to belong.

Someone having a carriage ride.

I include these shots here even though I was living in L.A. at the time. Since I wasn’t working yet, I returned to work this show with some MPT folks. Miss Piggy, Kermit, Frank Oz and Jim Henson.

Me on camera

Some the crew: L-R: Iris, Levar Burton, Natalie Seltz in front of Levar, Bill Ezell, Helene Haviland, Paul Wilkinson, me, Jerry Travers in front of me and Greg Harney from WGBH in Boston. He was our director on all the Masters Tennis we worked.

Our crews always hung out together after work. Barry Oxindine and Iris

Bill Ezell and I

One of my favorite shots of Iris.

Some of the ladies of MPT: me, Melissa Blake (who I went to high school with) Iris Rosenthal, Helene Haviland. There’s a lot of hair in this photo! LOL
